Shipping policy

We do our best to fulfill all orders and have them ready to ship out within 1-3 business days from when they are placed. Any orders placed after 12pm will be treated as they were submitted the next day. We do not process or ship orders during federal holidays or weekends.

We offer shipping via USPS, UPS or DHL, not all options may be available dependent on your location.

We recommend selecting the Insured shipping option during checkout to protect your package in case it is lost, stolen or damaged during transit - this way a claim can be filed. TAWAPA is not responsible for any packages that may be lost, stolen or damaged during transit/delivery.
