RETURNS

When receiving your order, you will find your jewelry enclosed in a heat sealed plastic bag. DO NOT break the heat seal until after you have thoroughly examined the jewelry and decided it is to your liking. Once the seal is broken, the jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have received damaged or defective jewelry please contact us immediately at info@tawapa.com. Jewelry that is defective or damaged includes: chips, broken pieces, warping, inlays detaching, jewelry with visible break and glue lines, mismatched/poorly sized jewelry (more than 1/2 mm difference in 12.5mm and smaller and more than 1mm difference in sizes larger than 12.5mm). Defects or damages do not include jewelry that the customer erroneously ordered in the wrong size or has been worn! Tawapa is not responsible to refund, exchange or credit your account for any jewelry that the customer cannot fit due to highly pierced lobes, scar tissue or crooked piercings.

Please note: The decision as to whether or not jewelry is considered defective will ultimately, though fairly, be at Tawapa's discretion. We will gladly replace or refund you for any unopened jewelry that you wish to return. Please contact our Customer assistance center at 213-765-8921 or e-mail us at info@tawapa.com for notification of your return. Domestic returns must be received by TAWAPA within 15 days of delivery to you.  International returns must be received by TAWAPA within 30 days of delivery to you. We do not cover return shipping unless the piece you received was the incorrect item, or arrived damaged/defective.

If you would like to replace a damaged or defective item that is still in it's heat sealed bag, we can send you a new replacement. If a replacement is not available we can backorder you a new item, or you may select another design of the same value for trade.  If you do not wish to receive a replacement we can also credit your account or refund your credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience.
